This 3 bed 2 bath guest house was entirely redesigned inside, relocating the kitchen into the main area and converting the old kitchen area into another bedroom suite. The master bedroom, guest bedroom, closets, kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and master hallway were all redesigned offering guests a more open floor plan.
Spalted marble and granite countertops gave this project a finishing touch of elegance. New Impact window openings and skylights were also installed throughout the home allowing more sunlight in and giving it more of a warm relaxed feel.

Complete Interior Renovation of Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms
This next waterfront condominium was transformed into a coastal sanctuary. After a thorough demolition on the interior in this unit, a new kitchen was rebuilt. We installed customer choice cabinets, sparkle epoxy countertops, framed a new soffit surrounded by LED disc lighting, installed a new ice maker and rerouted all the plumbing. The kitchen wall was reframed to keep the refrigerator flush with the kitchen.
The waterfront walls were replaced with Impact vinyl sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom allowing more natural light in while also capturing the spectacular ocean view from almost anywhere in the home. A uniform epoxy grouted tile and white backsplash tile was laid throughout the home and deck area. New framing, cabinetry, shelving, bathing, toiletry and vanity areas were built into the bathrooms and sliding barn doors were placed between the bathroom and bedroom areas to maintain the open airy vibe. The dominant white interior will accent the magnificent beach decor these homeowners chose upon completion. They can feel a sense of beach relaxation while listening to crashing waves from anywhere in their new home.

Complete Interior Renovation of Kitchen, Master Bedroom & #Bathrooms
We turned this typical bathroom into an obsession-worthy spa-like oasis. After a complete master bathroom renovation. The old rear deck was reconstructed with a maintenance-free stone perimeter wall. A 25ft steel beam was installed to make way for a large impact slider to be inserted.
Having a view of the private outside landscape allows further vision, makes the room seem larger and offers an added sense of tranquility. The custom floating shelves, rectangular ramp sink and vanity countertops allowed for more freedom and a better view of the luxury marble flooring. A sandy interior sliding door replaced the entrance from the bathroom to the master bedroom.
This quaint coastal ranch built in the 50’s was in desperate need of a renovation. This couple decided to make their last home on the water. They sought out and purchased this fixer upper with the intention of fully renovating it to fit their lifestyle and budget. They were referred to Lombardo Construction by a neighboring friend who had just previously completed a total renovation a short time prior.
After several weeks of planning, this house was stripped of all interior contents, fixtures, flooring, cabinetry and walls. The new open floor plan created a stunning new look. The project highlights were open floor plan, 2 bathroom renovations, a new kitchen and wall to wall impact windows overlooking the water.

Kitchen & 2 Bathroom Renovations with a Wall of Impact Windows Installed)
These clients called us after a frustrating start with their former contractor which resulted in a loss of several thousands of dollars without anything to show. They were referred to us by one of our previous clients. We gave them a fixed cost estimate and not long after began the process of renovating their master suite.
The entire 900 sf space consists of a large bedroom area with fireplace, two separate his and hers hallways each with their own walk in closets and generous auxiliary closets, separate vanity areas, and they share a large room with freestanding tub, walk in shower, and Spanish cedar dry sauna. The entire space was completely redone along with a custom barn doors made in Dan’s shop.
These clients decided to purchase a new home local to their condominium which we remodeled years prior, they didn’t hesitate to call us back. We started by adding an exposed post and beam covered entry to give this home a new face, then replaced the front doors and 4’ wide side gate with custom made Mahogany doors made in Dan’s shop.
We applied a new Adobe stucco veneer and all new driveway pavers, pool deck and pool coping. The last touch to this exterior facelift was the new pvc dock and outdoor kitchen makeover, along with new clay barrel tile roof. The classic white with dark trim gave this once contemporary home a more classic mission style look.
