This next waterfront condominium was transformed into a coastal sanctuary. After a thorough demolition on the interior in this unit, a new kitchen was rebuilt. We installed customer choice cabinets, sparkle epoxy countertops, framed a new soffit surrounded by LED disc lighting, installed a new ice maker and rerouted all the plumbing. The kitchen wall was reframed to keep the refrigerator flush with the kitchen.

They sought out and purchased this fixer upper with the intention of fully renovating it to fit their lifestyle and budget. They were referred to Lombardo Construction by a neighboring friend who had just previously completed a total renovation a short time prior.
